Francisco was wonderful and assisted me perfectly. I have a main concern about my missing cabin air filter. Toyota of Whittier is the only place that services my car. It was last here in June. Where is my filter? and Why is it missing? Why didn't the last tech or any previous tech catch that? It was replaced supposedly in 2018. I'm upset about this.

Francisco was great and helpful! I’m concerned that the same part has broken on my car twice and it is an expensive fix. Some online searching showed me that the door locks break frequently. Toyota needs to address this as I have now had to fix two doors locks and somehow only needed one set of brake pads.
