I had a 9am appointment and once I pulled into the service area. I was instructed to pull up and I didn’t get help after that. I had to flag down a service advisor to assist me. Then they very rude. I was told it was going to be 3 hours plus for an appointment to have a very first service down which was just a tire rotation and multi point inspection. Unfortunately this is my first and only time using Whittier’s service department for work on my vehicle.

Cesar did a great job and kept me up to date on the progress. It’s unfortunate that the incident occurred in the first place and the fault was based on one persons carelessness. That happens. I appreciated the help and concern from everyone involved and will definitely continue to utilize the services of Whittier Toyota. The Tundra looks great and now I just have to wait for Toyota to deal with the motor recall. Hopefully the company develops a plan to change out the motors sooner than later.
