Robert did an excellent job. We were very happy to have him as our service advisor. He was cordial, friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle and getting it serviced. When I had questions about the invoice numbers, he readily answered them and explained each of the entries.

Everything was excellent with my service appointment today. A loaner car was offered, but the service was done so quickly, I didn't need it. Philip gave me a tour of the waiting area so I had. a very nice cup of coffee and was able to read and answer emails while sitting comfortably in your waiting area. I received updates on my vehicle, and when service was completed, Philip walked me out to my car, removed all the protective paper and made sure everything was good with my washed and very clean vehicle.
