The lack of communication regarding status of my vehicle resulted in me stopping by on Monday to ask for a status update and again on Tuesday only to find out that the service technician assigned to do the work on my vehicle was off that day but he would be back on Wednesday and the service would be done and my vehicle would be ready for pick up. My main issue is the lack of communication.
