They suggested items that were needing attention. One of them was covered under an extended warranty. I have on my vehicle. It’s now been over a month and nobody has ever gotten back to me about it.

Dropped the vehicle off at 9:30, and we were not notified by 12:30 that the vehicle had even been started. We were later told the delay was due to waiting for an oil filter. The visit ultimately took over five hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and the warranty inspection we specifically requested was not completed.
