The service advisor Barry is great. It is the time to get an oil change is at 2 hours is excessive to say the least even with an appointment. Yes it is a Beaver benefit,but is a 2 hour oil change with appointment a benefit?

I LOVE Beaver Toyota, and certainly still do. A small complaint in regards to today's service. I was quoted 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After 80 minutes I went to check on status. My car was parked and ready but service tech was no where to be found. I waited 10 minutes and then asked a different tech for help and they got me back in my car in just a few minutes. I was in a bit of a rush and it would have been helpful if I was notified as soon as my car was ready. Still love Your business and brag on it all the time.
