GRACE-Service Asstant does perfect work, she's the BEST Always. But whoever changed my oil today left oil finger prints on my door and fender. Also left a boot print on my floor mat on divers side. This is not excepable..

No issues with service, time to complete and appreciate they washed and vacuumed before returning the vehicle.
Not Mehedi’s control but being asked to pay additional percent if payment is not debit or cash I would say is not appealing. I do understand there is a cost for a business to process credit cards but after purchasing a vehicle (not cheap), coming there for ALL of my service needs to be asked to pay an additional fee, well I think is ridiculous especially with the margins made from service dept.
