I explicitly stated upon arrival that I needed to be out by a certain time to be able to get my small children off the school bus. I was PROMISED I would be out well before said time. Not only was I not out before I needed to be, I was not warned of the back up, I was not kept informed about a potential new time, and the ONE time I tried to request an update I was spoken to in a condescending manner making me feel as though I was an annoyance. When my car was ready I was then told the reason for the backup was because the service team CRASHED CUSTOMER CARS! What?!? Why in the world would offer that information to a customer? It makes me feel like I can’t trust the service department there if they’re playing bumper cars with customer cars. Honestly, just disappointed.
