I wish you would designate 2 or 3 people to be outside to greet customers who drive up their vehicle for service. I went inside twice and nobody asked me whether they could help and went back outside twice again before I was finally asked by Juan. The Nissan dealership I used to go to was so much better at this.

There is not communication about what is happening with my car we need to call at least three times to get some information , this is something that really depends of the people who take your care Toyota is a really good brand however is disappointing that you do not have a process in place how you communicate with your customers you can do not relay just in what your technician is going to do.

The service was a 70% higher cost than my estimate at a competitor and still higher when I applied my $20 coupon. Also, it was a three hour wait time for something that should have taken only 45 minutes. I feel like I wasted my Saturday here with the cost of this service.
