My attendant was good andveryprofessionalat her job. What I've noticed in the last 4 visits i have been to Beaver Toyota of **** is that they don't respect appointments. They will receive your car on time and take 3 to 4 hours for a simple oil change or better yet, to simply rotate your tires. This delay is even during the week with no congestion of cars. It is not practical to take 4 hours out of your work time for such simple services.

Oil was changed and tires rotated. I requested a car wash but the car was not washed. The rims were very dirty and one lug nut is out further than the rest. I live in Dallas ,ga a 1.5 hour trip so I had no time to complain honestly. I was there at 10:30 for my appointment and left at 1:00 pm I feel that's a little long. I loved the inside and the amenities but not happy with saying I would get a car wash and inside cleaned (vacuumed) this was not done. Details matter in business. Not all is lost I still love Beaver just giving my feed back for my 1st service visit.

Great service. Only complaint was that I was told there was a nail and hair salon for customers. Not true. There is a lady with a salon but not for customers. She has her own customers and was booked for the entire day. I put this in a google review. You shouldn’t tell customers about this as it isn’t true
