She texted the wrong number but it was fine. She said she looked for me and I was sitting on the couch the whole time. I didn’t see her once. I was there for 3 hours which is a little long for a service check up but you guys are amazing. Just have to do better with communication. Everyone I saw coming in was walked to the computer except for me. I was told to go inside and she would find me but she didn’t even look. Thank you.

Always love coming to your dealership! Service team works well. You should teach Hyundai of ****. I tried all afternoon to get someone to call me for service of my 2016 Genesis which includes a recall!!! No return call. A nice text back and forth with a lady but no service call as promised. They didn’t answer the phone after minutes of ringing. Yikes! That you for your work. Beaver Toyota rocks!

A few things that stood out was how he really listened to every concern I had, how he explained my options for tires with expertise and confidence, and how he literally stood in the rain to help me put car seats in the rental / loaner car. I am pleased with how friendly everyone was at Beaver. But the fact that I paid over $500 for a belt change and a diagnostic is outrageous. Especially when the part was only $100. After the diagnostic for my vehicle and the quote for repairs, I'm curious to why the uncharged for the part to fix my truck was over 75%, and why it would cost $1600 for a repair that will literally take 1 hour to plug in a module. Ridiculous. Guess I just feel takin advantage of since I was a female into a shop. Disappointed and won't be returning.
