One thing I would recommend to TJ is communicate with
His customers and not rely an app that sends recommendations
from the service technician. I basically had to go ask him
questions instead of him coming to me explaining all
recommendations!!!

I live out of town and try to schedule you my visits when we have doctors appointments in Tuscaloosa. This last visit was for the 25,000 mile check up which included free tire rotation. My vehicle had a little over 27,000 miles on it so he charged me for the tire rotation. I was not told that until check out even though they sent me messages about other services they wanted me to approve. I told him I don’t like surprises and if I had known there would be a charge I just would’ve had it done in my hometown.
