After receiving my vehicle back I noticed that there is a message requiring an oil change in 200 miles. Why was it not recommended to do so? I was told that it is not needed until 30k miles but apparently the car tells me differently. Now I have to come in again to get this done.
Also - I had made an appointment but had to wait for a service provider and finally ran around to find Jeremy. In order to provide a GREAT service, there should be a board showing who is scheduled when, who is the service tech etc etc. . . . just some food for thought to improve service. Thx
