The service representative was great at explaining what work needed to be done to address my concerns and, according to my rep, the mechanic said my squeaking brake noise was definitely coming from the back brakes. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. That said, I still have the exact same squeaking noise that I had before the $1200 rear brake shoe/drum replacement and brake fluid flush. Absolutely no improvement, as of today.

The wait was extremely long, much longer than any other time we have visited. Customers vehicles kept being pulled up as they were completed and there seemed to be zero communication between the Service advisor and the desk. The lady working the desk had invoices everywhere and seemed to have no idea what was going on. The young man pulling Customers vehicles around was great though, he seemed to be the only person trying to organize all of the chaos. I overheard him speaking to the lady at the desk, he was concerned how many customer vehicles were in the bay and was asking if there was anything he could do to help. She was so rude to him, then turned to me while he was speaking to her and rolled her eyes. When I told her my name she said she did not have an invoice for me and the vehicle must not be done yet, I pointed to my car (3rd from the front) in 2 completely full bays of completed vehicles and said I was pretty sure it was ready. The young man that pulls the vehicles around asked my name and the name of my service advisor and I was able to pay and leave
