I did not like the fact that I had an appointment and my car was skipped over until I went and said something to Will. I was at the dealership for 3 hours, which was ridiculous. I was only getting an oil change.

When problem was identified (driver rear door speaker busted-ordered replacement), no price was given to my son and no call was made to me, explaining if it would be covered by warranty or I would have to pay out of pocket. Additionally, was amp to rear door speakers checked, as that is a current service bulletin with Toyota. Not knowing cost of replace
