There seem to be some miscommunication between him and my wife on when parts would be available. She was a little upset about it and did not receive apology. I talked to him over the phone and he apologized. Then apologized to my wife when she took the car in for service. I do appreciate Tuscaloosa Toyota fixing the problem with the 4 Runner when Sylacauga Toyota would not do anything about it.
