I needed a battery for my 2021 Lexus GX. I had gone by Autozone and they tested the battery saying it was bad. I looked at Toyota (yours) entered my vin and was shown a battery for $130. After arriving, my vehicle was evaluated. I received a text with a report confirming the battery. I was given an estimate of $400+ dollars for a battery. I declined. I went to Walmart and purchased a battery for $160 after tax and core. I replaced the battery myself. The trip and the work took less time than I spent at Toyota. I will note that it took over 45mins to return my vehicle after declining the service. I will not do business with Tuscaloosa Toyota again.
