I was quoted a little under 1.5hrs of labor time. It took 1.5hrs. However, they made sure I was there 2hrs, and charged me for those 2hrs. and was waiting on my vehicle for 30 of those min. So the sign-out time was 2hr. I watched my car for 30mins in the completed line and was not told it was ready till that 2hr mark had hit
