Jeremy and the others always do a great job caring for my car.

I dropped my van off for 60k service. Usually, when imake the appointment or check in I am told what all will be done. Since it was dropped off, I didn't get a call or text asking what all services I would like to be accomplished with the service. When I filled out envelope to drop keys/van off I did only check to perform 60k service. I assumed anything other than oil change and tire rotation, I would get a text or email asking what all extra "recommended " services I wanted done. After service was done, I did get invoice to pay. It was more than the usual. So when I got there to pick up my van I asked what all was done. Other than the oil change and tire rotation I expec, both the air filter and cabin air filters were replaced. I usually change these myself and have maybe once had the cabin air filter replaced when servicing one of my vehicles here. This was a $90 additional charge I had not been asked or confirmed I wanted done. My service representative said that it was recommended for 60k service and I brought it I for that service and what I marked on the envelope. The $90 may not be much to some and I paid it. Just not happy with the fact I was not asked or confirmed I wanted the service done. My service was done on Friday and I waited until Tuesday to write this to make sure I was not over reacting. I will be sure and ask more questions or be there anytime I have a vehicle serviced there again to be sure I don't get taken advantage of again.
