They said they couldn’t do it because my car was too low but I’ve been going there several times now and it wasn’t a problem then. I don’t understand why I’m getting a survey for a service that wasn’t performed. I even got a phone call saying your vehicle is ready for pick up but never once said they couldn’t do it until my son picked up the car and was told that they couldn’t do it.
