Paid to have wipers and cabin filter replaced. Car making odd noise on way back to Shelby. Popped hood when I got home to see the lid of filter compartment open and no filter in place. Coming to dealership is an inconvenience due to distance. This happen once before at the dealership where lid was not attached and was making same groaning noise due to air intake. Not pleased with service but will need to bring back to get filter that was paid for but not installed.

I’m not sure if this is the case, but usually when I take my other car in that I bought from the Toyota dealership, they give recommendations on what needs repair etc but I didn’t get it this time for my daughters Honda. Is it because I didn’t buy the car from there? I was expecting that especially since her car is new for her, but it an older car with more miles on it.
