Came in to have oil change and alignment today that was good, but here is what gets me aggravated I had my brakes changed at the end of January and my mind was boggled when the service department said I needed rotors. How come that wasn’t addressed when replacing my brake pads the first time. Me and my family are finished going here for service.

Had a scent cartridge on my cabin air filter. Who ever checked it, allowed it to go in my fan basket thing. While driving home, turned on the fan. Made a horrible sound and vibration. Called Toyota, had to turn around and go back. Wasn't really happy. Scent cartridge is kinda knicked up, makes me believe the fan blades are also damaged.
