Devon's customer service is outstanding, he doesn't approach me with aggressive sales... he was very knowledgeable and even helped me out during my hard time with the financing option... He also provided me with possible future repairs to my car. He is one of the few reps that made me feel like a person and not a dollar sign! KUDOS to Devon for his service and should be recognized for his efforts!! At least a $20 Starbucks gift card... I will go back to do more repairs but only Devon is to help me tho.

Happy Thursday. So, I took my Camry to Toyota of Gastonia this morning. I wanted a tire ???? rotation, oil change ????️ and state inspection. The assistant service manager came and told me that the timing belt gasket needed to be replaced at a cost ???? of $2400.00 because it was leaking. He said it would be covered under warranty but they couldn't find my service records for oil change the past three years. He pulled all my records and I asked what was my mileage at the last oil change. We discovered that I have driven the car 4000 miles in the past three years. Toyota recommends an oil change every 5000 miles OR ONCE A YEAR. He said my warranty was voided because I failed to get the oil changed once a year. He said he would submit the claim ???? and see what they decided. I am still waiting for an answer. When I got ready to leave I asked the same person how bad it was leaking. He said it's not leaking yet. There is dust around the gasket. I couldn't believe my ears????. They tried the whoodooo on me

My "Toyota certified" is still not up to par. The last person that was helping me said he would contact Matt at Mazda to see if they could get all 4 tires to match and would get back with me that day. That was a week ago.

Service manager Bryan barcon was very unprofessional. Told my husband to get in his car and get out. I noticed what looked to be damage to my wheels and asked my husband to inquire about them . My vehicle has never been taken or serviced anywhere else. Thinking of contacting consumer protection, the attorney generals office .
