Service staff were friendly and attentive and the work was good. But it took 2 hours due to internal communcation issues! Apparently the mechanics text the service rep with questions or updates and the cell service is not good. The rep did not know the mechanic had questions for me until I went and asked what was taking so long.

Your staff did a fantastic job. I left my phone in my car. I came back down to the service center and one of the ladies went and got my phone out of my car. She was upbeat and so kind about it. As I was leaving. I found that there was a stain on the inside of my door that was not there previously. The same kind lady that helped me went and got cleaning supplies and she got up the black stuff that was on the inside of the door frame. Excellent customer service I use talk to text because I’m disabled so if any of this doesn’t make sense, just let me know lol
