I brought my vehicle in twice for the same problem. I have one tire that is losing pressure. The first time I was definitely brushed off and was told air should have just been put back into the tire. The second time I brought it in which was today, my tire (just one) lost 7 pounds of pressure within a 2 week time period. Something is not right. That is not normal and once again “they couldn’t find a leak with a water test but like I said that is not normal! I also voiced my concerns because I am leaving for Florida on Sunday and I wanted to address the problem before I got all the way to Florida. I felt like my concerns were not important and because they cant find a leak “then nothing is wrong”. It kinda defeats the purpose of having an almost brand new safe vehicle to drive when you don’t feel safe.

I always request Montreko. He is customer oriented, friendly and he always takes care of me. (and the Land Cruiser). Techs have always been great, too. I am a dealership guy. I like to take my vehicles to the dealer for service. I never have the experience elsewhere like I do at Toyota Gastonia and it is because of these guys.
