Joshua was really great. But what got me was, I was not updated with the information that I received. And how I was not informed that my oil cover cap was being replaced for free. Until after my car was done. I waited for 2 hours without being notified about any of it. And my appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I didn’t leave from there til 5:20.
