I make an appointment to bring my car in for scheduled maintenance every 5,000 miles. I was there an hour and a half for a tire rotation. I make the appointments because I have things to do besides sit and wait on maintenance that shouldn’t take but a certain amount of time. I understand waiting longer not having an appointment but should never wait that long for a 30 minute job with an appointment. It appears that appointment don’t really matter and aren’t taken into consideration when checking in. This happens most times I come in for my scheduled appointments. Very disappointing.
