It took a long time to get my vehicle back. That wasn’t entirely on the dealership, but some fault does lie with the dealership and communication with the insurance.
(This was sent to an e-mail to Steve Archer also). When I picked up the vehicle, there was damage to my side door. There was no mention made of the damage, so I wasn’t entirely sure it wasn’t there before, until I looked at photos of the vehicle at the shop before pick up. I would like to know what we will do to fix this issue.

It’s completely unacceptable, I purchased my car brand new off the lot and was promised lifetime oil changes for as long as I owned the car. I have always taken the car in for its regular maintenance, spent my hard earned money of your required/ recommended maintenance every 10-15k miles. And now all of the sudden you will no longer honor my oil changes? Without proper notice, no letter, no phone call. This will be forwarded to the BBB.

I find hard to believe that I had a missing bolt on one of my shocks on my jeep but in order to fix it they wanted 2000 dollars. To replace all 4 shocks. They said it would be a liability to replace one bolt, the real liability is to let me drive off without at least you guys putting one back in. At that moment I was sure that I could afford 2000 dollars for 4 shocks
