Saul is an amazing person. I had issues with the dealership regarding my vehicle mats and privacy cargo mat. I had a vehicle for almost 7 months and I keep getting promises from different staffs members that they were gonna take care the issues regarding both the mats and nothing happened. I never got a call back or follow up. I explain the situation to Saul and he took it on himself to help me take care of the problem and he did. I am truly grateful to him for helping me with the situation and moving forward, he’s the only person that I plan to go to help me with my Vehicle

Alyson was great with communication. When I picked up my car it has a scratch on the door handle that wasn’t there when I dropped off Al’s in back area they aren’t scratches but looks like a bristle brush or something was up against it

Nice and fast service

We were shocked at the cost of this service! Also, the sticker in the windshield was not switched out for a new date and mileage sticker.

The first thing I was bothered by was that I had brought my car in Thursday June 11th and I had not received a follow-up call regarding my vehicle that Monday, Tuesday, nor Wednesday. I even called and left a message and there was no call back. The second thing that really made me unhappy was the status of my car battery. Apparently after picking up my vehicle my battery had been dead and it was not charged, no one informed me of this. Upon having to go to work that night, I’m an RN, my car remote was not working and when I attempted to start my vehicle there was nothing, not even a flash of light on the dash or a click. My battery was completely dead. I was late to work having to wait for AAA to arrive and help me out. I only work 15 minutes away therefore there was not enough time for me to let my car run so the battery can charge fully. Therefore after working a 13 hour shift I had to call AAA again, and instead of winding down and getting some sleep I had to stay up and let my car run for 45 minutes. How could you not re-charge a customer’s battery or give them some type of heads up. This is not how custom service should be done. I am very disappointed with the service I received on this visit at CardinaleWay Glendora.
