I brought my vehicle in for service on Thursday, expecting it to be properly maintained and safe to drive. Shortly afterward, I discovered that my car had little to no oil, which was extremely alarming. Driving a vehicle without sufficient oil can cause severe engine damage, lead to sudden engine failure, and create a serious safety hazard if the vehicle loses power while on the road. I drive for work, this problem could have quickly escalated to putting a child at risk.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that I called the service department twice and was unable to reach the service manager to discuss this urgent issue. When something as serious as a potential lack of engine oil arises after a service appointment, customers deserve prompt communication and immediate attention.
I trusted this dealership to service my vehicle correctly, and this experience has left me concerned about both the quality of the work and the level of customer service. I hope the dealership thoroughly investigates what happened, takes responsibility if appropriate, and ensures no other customer has a similar experience.

1-No one call me when part arrived
