I was disapointed Monday when I came in for a 12:30 appointment only to be told the tire sale was over. I was given another appointment for 3 day days later for an oil change. I came in yesterday Thursday 12/4 and Saul told me the tire sale was still on. He measured my tires and it showed RED. The back tires were bald. I’m extremely grateful, Saul got me the sale on the tires!!!;

I went into the dealership with high expectations because I had always taken my car to riverside hyundai. Unfortunately , I did not have a good experience at all. After the oil change , there was a leak and the engine light came on. I immed.\nIately returned , and they dismissed that there was an oil leak in anything that I had told them. I waited to speak to the service manager and he raised his voice and yelled at me over the phone , trying to explain what was going on as I was trying to explain my situation. I went into speak to the general manager and he said he would not help in any way.And that he would just appease me by doing an investigation. I would not recommend this dealership , nor while I ever return. I had to get my car towed to another mechanic because they were not fixed the problem that they caused.

I got Home after getting an oil change and the engine light came on.There was oil leaking under the car.I immediately went back to the dealer and they told me they did a quick diagnostic and cleared it and come back tomorrow to get a full diagnostic. They Also told me that the car was perfectly fine to drive. As I was driving home the oil light came on also and the engine light again. Both the service tech and the mechanic dismissed me when I said there was oil leaking. I have always had a great experience at riverside hyundai. I will take my car in tomorrow morning and get a rental. I expect that my car to be taken care of.thank you

I was dissatisfied with only one thing the mechanic forgot to return the auto headlight so I was driving this evening without headlight. Good thing a driver on opposite direction blinked his headlight 3X which was why I was alerted to turn on my headlight.
