I missed out on a lot of money dealing with the service department today. I was told my car will be ready at 1 PM. I got dropped off at the car dealership at 12:40. I left at three so disappointed you guys don’t know what I had set up for today. The time frames did not work for me and I had to pay out for being late and not showing up so I didn’t have a good experience with you guys sorry.

I do wish that the service itself would take a little less time. Even the last time that I came, it took longer than what I'm used to for maintenance services. Other than that, it's been perfect!

Got my car serviced Monday didn’t drive it after picking up my kids from school. Drove it to the market and back on Tuesday and woke up to the biggest oil stains on my driveways I have four kids, two that I have to take to school Wednesday morning and have no other choice then spend my morning at the dealership.

The only negative was that it took so long. My car hadn’t been taken in for service after 3 hour wait. However, after that Saul and his team made sure that things moved along as soon as possible and turned my car around very quickly. It’s easy to have great customer service when things are going well but when things are not going well and the team is still helpful and trying to problem solve, it’s appreciated even more so. It was obvious the team was very short staffed today which would be a management problem. Tons of cars waiting and not enough employees. Overall, was ultimately happy with the way my wait time was addressed.
