Allyson was on top of what was going on with my car and did a great communicating with me. I would definitely recommend having her in charge of my car again.

Highly satisfied with Saul Mejia for his professionalism and honesty and going the extra mile to have his employer cover the warranty for my battery that I bought from them a year a a half ago that failed to hold a charge. It was still under warranty but the dealer was waffling over honoring it. This is a brand new vehicle that obviously was not properly inspected prior to delivery to me. Not only did the window not work correctly but the protective tape was everywhere inside and outside the car, the license plate frame did not have hole for the actual plate. Four(4) hours in service when I was the first customer there today is unacceptable. They didn't even offer me a free car wash, oil change, nothing? Terrible

He made an appointment for me to come back in 2 days. I actually thought the part would not arrive in 2 days. But it did. Repair, including the length of time was exactly what he said it would be.
