Hello, I had a great experience with with Saul Mejia. Super nice very articulate great energy.
He got me checked in and finished the car pretty fast a little over an hour and a half and then I got really busy with a lot of people coming in at around 10 to 1030.
My problem was that I was under the understanding that when you get an oil change or service on your car at the dealership that they would wash it and he said that recent layoffs, there’s nobody to wash the cars anymore. I thought part of the dealership experience was that you had that is part of your service?
I’m also having some trouble with some of the things that happened when I bought this car and the paperwork and I’d like to talk with somebody about it.
