disgusted with quality of basic service
my understanding at lease signing was free basics maintenance for the 36000 miles But i was charged around $300 and the quality was bad because the tech damaged the oil filter casing and gasket
poor quality control resulted in oil deposit in my garage
In all my years i never never experienced this wit honda cars

Very dissatisfied with recent services. I dropped of my car for the same reason as before the jerking of Transmission and nothing else. Upon receiving the paperwork it said that customer stated that vehicle had oil leak. I never took my vehicle for no oil leak and I did not even mention that it had oil leak. It was for same reason as the prior few reasons that vehicle will jolt or jerk as I accelerated. It took over 19 days to get my car back. I will never use CardinaleWay for any services.
