The guy the young guy that took care of me he's been nothing but 100% he helped me I would prefer to have him help me every time when I come in for a service or when I buy a new car from you the young guy is outstanding the one that gave me my keys and took me and everything he's a very outstanding person and he was at 100%. I prefer to deal with him he did a good job training him

In the very beginning I called the dealership to see who I needed to call about getting my car looked at, the dealership sent me to the loan company who sent me to the loan company for the actual warranty who sent me back to the dealership. Finally I found out that I needed to bring my car in and had to take a risk of paying 185/hr for diagnostics. So I Brought my car in on 2/29, I have a Nissan Altima 2017. Told service what was wrong with my vehicle which was that within A MONTH of purchasing the car and driving it off the lot I received a check engine light alert. I went to go get the vehicle code read locally and it came up as an O2 Sensor error. The day after I brought the vehicle to service they said it mysteriously would start and die, mind you I drove it 50+ miles that very day and nothing was ever wrong with it like that. They didn’t order parts for it until six days later, when they ordered parts for it, service called to tell me that they ordered the wrong parts and that they had to reorder parts because the WARRANTY company told them to order the certain parts. Keep in mind, I was sent to service from the warranty loan company to get everything figured out. I finally was able to pick up my vehicle on 3/13 but had to pay a 100 dollar deductible. This is all because I’m a first time car buyer and I’m younger, I feel very walked all over and discriminated against and most disappointed. I trusted Toyota of Bourbonnais to not take advantage of me but they did. At this point in time if anyone asks I will not be speaking good of Toyota Bourbonnais and might even write a review to warn other car buyers.

It was a pleasure to work with Toni. She kept me informed on the status of my car and called right away when it was ready for pickup.

No complaints. Excellent customer service from Nathan. I was very satisfied.

I had a coupon from your website and looking at how I was charged the coupon wasn't used. The coupon was sent to Nathan and he told me that he was printing it out and my cousin also presented a text copy of the coupon so why was I charged 2times when the coupon stated 68.99 for both smh what a disappointment

Excellent service.

Nathan was exceptionally helpful when my car stopped working unexpectedly. He made sure that it got started enough to drive it to the dealership, and he made sure that I had a ride to where I need to be. He took care of scheduling and was excellent at communicating. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am a Toyota fan now.
