My wife called to make an appointment for her truck that already had a recall done to it but she explained what it was doing and drove 45 minutes to the appointment just to tell her that they don’t have a fix for it right now . You should look at what the vehicle was in last for and maybe you could help save an unnecessary trip .This is like the second time that this has happened very frustrating to say the least

The service people are the good part of this dealership. The sales and management/owners are pitiful noone should ever buy a car,but if yo u already a Toyota service will take care of it. Back hatch issues not resolved. Is it normal for a hatchback to be out of allignment on Toyota Rav vehicles after a few years of use? My warranty, I was told does not cover this factory defect. This vehicle has never been in an accident or abused yet this problem exist. Your solution was for me to take this vehicle to a body shop??? Obviously you do not stand behind your product or warranty! I am totally dissatisfied with your service and will never buy another Toyota!!!!
