I made a 1pm appointment online, during the evening when your service desk would have been closed, which after receiving an email to confirm, the service desk let me know that they were unaware of my appointment, but could fit me in. I normally get my oil change done elsewhere, but my wife asked me to give you a try. I do appreciate the technician noticing the bolts missing for securing the metal splash shield, but I was late to my 3pm appointment and even skipped the car wash so that I could leave as quickly as possible. I guess I should have asked, if you fit me in, how long will this take. Because of your system only allowing for one text number, my wife got the alert of the suggested additional work instead of me. She forwarded it to me, but had she not sent it, I wonder how long I would have waited for a technician to tell me about the needed work before I went and found someone to ask about it. In the future, I will need to account for more time, or drop off the car.
