Sherry was a great service agent to work with. She was responsive and thorough. My complaint is with the fact that I was told by the service department, while scheduling my appointment, that service was complimentary in the first two years regardless of the fact that I bought my car used. It was an unpleasant surprise to learn that this dealership does not honor the two year service agreement, and I was expected to pay for a service I expected to be free. Thankfully, Sherry was able to negotiate a free tire rotation with her manager.One other unpleasant experience: the Service staff found that my cabin air filter was dirty and proposed replacing it for a very high price, around $450! I feel that the tire rotation comp was being made up for, and then some by trying to add a big markup to a simple filter change. I’m looking for a new mechanic.

This dealership has massive issues, zero communication from them, nobody answer the phone, no one calls back, all the VM boxes are full and you can't leave message.
The worst dealership I have ever used in 45 years.
All need to be replaced. I will never use this dealership for anything.
