Danny was wonderful and truly embodies the spirit of service. Unfortunately your maintenance team left the diagnostic port dangling. On my drive home it hit my foot and frightened me thinking there was a criter of some sort in my car, and I almost had an accident. After trying to call repeatedly no one answered your phone line. Thus this morning I went back and Danny again provided outstanding customer service and had the issue resolved within minutes. You may want to chat with the mx department, as this could have caused me to crash.

Alicia was rude and unhelpful when she checked me in for my appointment. She could not explain or justify the recommended maintenance and was unwilling to help me go through or evaluate the options. She also kept my car overnight without telling me and failed to return numerous calls I made to the dealership. The next morning I had to resort to calling the appointment line to get a message to her and she still took over an hour to call me back and give me an update about my car that I had dropped off over 24 hours before for a service that was supposed to be finished the same day. In addition when I asked why she kept my car and failed to respond to my messages, she lied to me and her manager multiple times. When I did finally hear from her and went to pick up my car I was informed that they couldn’t release my car because their system was down unless I wanted to go home again and get a check to pay for the service. I do not trust the service department at this dealership and do not plan to return here or buy a car from Hyundai again unless there are significant changes.

I've an appointment to get my key fobs program & I've done i need to give my other key fobs & the other service technician said no my appointment was already set for August 27 at 9:15am & half an hour passed already i was with my next door neighbor friend me & my friend sat outside by the service department & I've to purchased something over at target and the store didn't open till 11AM & when they've called me I've to walking all the way to the service department to sign the paperwork to have my two keys fob reprogram & I've trouble walking normal it's because I've a stroke January 10 2025 I was in the hospital ???? four months I've been realized & myself & next door neighbor friend is asking me it shouldn't take four hours to have my keys fob program the service technician should of said it's going take a little longer & me & my friend could of went to get some fuel ⛽️ for my Hyundai veloster turbocharged N hatchback & my floursit light bulb fo my hallway next to me bedroom instead wasting my time & my friends both of us had more important things to do & not called my cellphone saying Phillip Y
