The representative was excellent, great communication, knowledgeable and customer focused. The waiting area was great —I worked there for a few hours while my car was being serviced.

Daniel was very good, so my response is not based on how he worked with me. The frustration was due to not being informed ahead of time that a bumper inspection that would take hours was needed in addition to the Marking Inspection and Sticker installation. Finding that out only when I got there completely changed the scheduling of my day. I should have been informed in advance, not at 7:30 AM when checking in.
