Today, I felt very upset because of an issue with my keys. Previously, my car hood was not properly closed and left open, and now I discovered another problem.
This time, one of the keys that was with my car key is missing. These are the keys for the anti-theft steering wheel lock. I clearly remember having two keys before I left today, because I had to give one to my friend. However, now one of the keys is gone, and the remaining key is completely different in size—it is smaller and not the same as before.
Because the key is different, I started to feel very suspicious and uncomfortable about the whole situation. This has caused me a lot of concern, and I would like Hyundai Car Center to look into this matter carefully.

Oscar was a great. He walked me through what to expect with my vehicle and made sure I was able to get my car the same day. There was a small hiccup needing to complete a drive cycle on my car after it’s last service with another mechanic, and Oscar walked me through the whole process and allowed me to complete it successfully to get a necessary smog. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail and thoughtfulness, and am going to bring my car in for service in the future instead.

I understand that maintenance notices are automated but at no point in the process was I advised that maintenance wasn’t actually required for another 3000 miles. Also the check in process was terribly inefficient and I waited 40min before sitting with an advisor.

I am frustrated with my overall experience wuth Hyndai San Bruno. It took 3-4 appts over the course of 7-8 weeks to get my issue, which had already been determined by an outside mechanic, to be resolved. Only only the 3rd day of my car being there for the second time over multiple days, was my horn replaced. I was told by Michael that the parts would be preordered, they were not. I was talked down to and like i didn't know what i was talking about because i was a woman by Danny. I was given a lot of excuses instead of being offered a solution. If you make an appointment, i presume that you are able to work on my car at that time, not several days later.
