Alicia was great but she was not able to get a service technician to evaluate my car for a whole week. It would have been better if she had told me ahead of time so I could have found an alternative.

My previous experience with Alicia was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the services that were prepaid and specific to my needs. Oscar however took close to an hour to confirm that I indeed had prepaid services; even when I suggested that he speak with Alicia to find the correct system navigation to confirm my status. I do not feel that I received my full prepaid services. I expected new break pads but only received a percentage of the pads that remain. Sadly, I am not sure that your dealership can provide consistent service.

I'm used to having to wait at the dealership when I go but this time I had to wait over an hour just for an advisor to speak to me. There were a couple people who came after me but was seen before me so I didn't appreciate that. The advisor was great though! I had no issues with him and he apologized for the wait which I appreciated.
