I went to have the theft prevention device installed left my car about 10:30 Was called at 3:00 only to find out they could not install because they had to order a part????and it would not be there for another 3or 4 days such a waste of time! I’m 84 yrs old and this is pretty stressful for me should have told me right when I left car!!!kevin was very nice and explained to me what happened but I think they should have known that my model needed that part before wasting my time!!!!

Joey was nice and respectful but I had a 9:00am appointment to CHANGE only one tire, one tire and they made me wait for 3 1/2 hours and only because I kept walking back there that they eventually got it done. I had to get my daughter somewhere by 11:00am and she missed it and she and I were upset. It shouldn’t have taken that long to change one tire.
