This was my best experience at a Hyundai dealer ever. I used to go to Glendora and I tried puente hills, but Joey and the mechanics were able to get my car fixed (hopefully) and they know how to treat people so this is my new go to dealership. I heard another guy helping a different lady and he was providing great support too! I didn’t feel pressure to get the additional suggested services and Joey gave me time to review my records to make sure I hadn’t had any of those devices completed before. He let me know if remaining suggested service items at pickup but didn’t pressure me on it, which I appreciated and it’s a reason to keep going back if needed.

I love everything that Joey helped me with. I love my new engine. But you guys pitted my hood from the inside. There is now a small knot on my hood. Where the paint is compromised. It is in an upward position. It wasn’t there before. I have one mark on my car and that was on the side and was there already. My hood looks like someone closed it on something.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 8:15 AM. At 12:20 PM I went to ask for an update on my vehicle and was informed “it was just finished”. However, when I went to my car I was trapped in by two other vehicles, leading me to believe my car was not “just finished” but had been ready to go for enough time to move two other cars in front of it. I have no complaint about the service received on my car as my request was fulfilled, but waiting 4 hours for an oil change is a bit ridiculous.
