02/14 wrong wiper blades were installed on my vehicle. Seriously!!!
I had to make an additional trip to have my alignment checked - this could have been avoided by simply doing a thorough inspection the first time! Your tires are bald - hmm I wonder if we should check the alignment (?) I have zero confidence in your service department.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed in your service department and it will be the predetermining factor in whether I purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

I had an appointment at 7:15am. I got there at 7:10am. I was not checked in until 8am. Why have appointments early in the morning if your employees will either not arrive on time or will not check anybody in on time? This happens every single time I go. Please be respectful of our time. If you cannot check people in before 8am stop allowing us to make appointments before 8am.

I ended up being satisfied with Joey because he took the time to wait for me after the dealership closed to give me my car back. But initially, I was frustrated because when he said he would call, he would and I had to call and was put on hold for a half hour before I hung up. I think overall that the communication could’ve been better, especially since the part for my car had no ETA for arrival. It ended up taking 3 weeks of renting a car before the car was fixed. I know it wasn’t Joey’s fault but I felt like I was not kept up to date as the status of my car. Hoping for a better experience on the next visit.
