Yes. Joseph did a good job for sure. I however wasn’t happy that Hyundai USA approved being responsible for a replacement engine, but still charged me some $1,700 to put in. The belts and hoses etc were required to make the motor run, right? What was I supposed to do delivery a free motor to my garage? I felt my hand was forced and was not happy. They should’ve been included and I’ve opened an inquiry to that effect with Hyundai USA. But…..CardinalWay Hyundai did a great job and the car runs great…..

Ricardo was one of the best customer service representative I have ever had at a Hyundai dealer he had all the answers to my questions and he also followed up on phone calls and any changes made to my service call. It took more than two hours for a basic oil change. My appt was at 715 and did not leave until 930.i also stated in the comments section when i made the appointment that I had another appointment to get to at 930. I thought the oil change first thing in the morning would be completed by 9am.
