sophia was very accommodating of some extra requests and research i stuck her with. she was also very responsive to my phone calls. i was also happy to see my car washed. i gave up asking for it every other time i had been there i asked and it never happened. Luis did a great job with the wash and Sophia killed it with the service!

Kevin was excellent and professional and was very nice! However, I was very disappointed about the wait, my appointment was at 7 and did not get out until 10am. All the people that got there at the same time were gone by the time my vehicle was completed. The main complaint is that the package I paid for, included a car wash and they did not wash my vehicle. I returned to the counter and the guy that was there said, they could wash it but it would take longer so at this time I was already in a hurry and upset
