Caleb has been hands down one of the best service reps I have worked with in a long time. He listens and is an advocate for the customer. I had an issue with my cruise control. Greg and Justin were absolutely wonderful! The thing i am dissatisfied with is that I showed up for my 11:15 appointment at 11:05, wasn't even checked in until 11:20 and I was stuck there until after 1pm. It is quite ridiculous to have to wait over 2 hrs for a simple oil change. I respected your time by showing up for my scheduled appointment prior to the start time but felt that my time was completely disrespected. I will not be returning for future service or any future vehicle purchases.

I brought my car in to have the tire pressure warning system checked. No problem was found; however, before I got home with the car the TPWS light started flashing and then stayed on. So now I will need to bring it back in for another diagnostic test. Hopefully this time the problem will be resolved.

Went in for an oil change only. I was redirected to service. Service tried to send me back to oil change. I waited in my car for 20-25 minutes before I was checked in, which I thought was excessive. So my oil change started about 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I was expecting to be in and out in 30-60 minutes. I get it, you’re a busy location, but I checked out more than 2 hours past my original scheduled time. Too long for the service. If I was to rate Jesse’s service, I would give him 10/10. He pointed out a couple things I could have done, and, without me asking, comped the oil change. He apologized for the wait & was professional, up front, and honest. The last 2 visits for service have been a little shaky. My prior visit for a long list of work required me to have a loaner car, which I was told wasn’t available, after it was scheduled. The service desk was able to get me a car, but I felt like I was creating an extra favor. The people at your dealership are great. I have been coming to Smart since I got my Highlander in 2009. My last 2 visits feel like there is a lack of organization. Prior to this year, everything has been near perfect. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and not negative feedback. I plan to continue to own Toyota vehicles & visiting Smart for service. Thank you.

Jose and crew were awesome. It is kind of sad to see so many of the young express techs with a lack of life drive and professionalism. I have spoken to management regarding training them to be more professional holding themselves to a hire standard. Specifically, personal and professional presentation hygiene. The tech staff is allowed to work in dirty filthy uniforms, terrible. The is and management, period. Clearly it goes in one ear and out the other.

Appointment scheduled for 10:45. Work started with system check at 11:45. Finished at 12:45. Why the 1 hour wait when I had an appointment? This is poor dealer service management. Setting up an appointment seems not to mean much.
