After reviewing my orders I directly stated to the call center to go slow with my vehicle which as witness on my dash cam the driver hit 67 mph in a 55 which is not slow at all and then on top of that the driver in one of the videos I captured was using very important racial slurs in my vehicle so I am no happy about not only smart Toyota for all the time but having a unprofessional employees working for smart Toyota caught in the act for bad behavior

I was charged for fixing a problem with my tire that was repeatedly ignored by Smart motors service staff, and ultimately the problem was caused by an error on the part of one of your service technicians. I was then gaslighted by the service representative, who treated me like I was a clueless idiot.

Confusing where to drop off my car when I got there. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk and help me with my check in process. When I make my appointment online and select my services then it should be tagged to my appointment because I do not remember the time my appointment comes around what I am getting done and the tech seemed confused when I told him this. Overall the maintenance experience has significantly decreased in quality over the last 2 years and everything has switched to express lube only.
